Garden Irrigation Maintenance Device

Airshroom is a garden irrigation maintenance device designed to reduce blockages and prolong the life of watering systems. Research identified a common issue in irrigation networks: residual water and mineral deposits can accumulate inside pipes and nozzles, leading to reduced performance and increased maintenance.

To address this, Airshroom automatically injects compressed air through the irrigation system after use, helping to clear remaining water and minimise build-up before it can form blockages. The product was developed in SOLIDWORKS with careful consideration of user interaction, manufacturing methods, and material selection to create a practical and reliable solution.

This project combined engineering problem-solving with product design, focusing on functionality, ease of maintenance, and user-friendly operation to deliver an effective solution for everyday gardeners.
